1 Lb. Ground Turkey
2 Roosted Garlic Cloves Minced very fine.
¼ Lb Bacon (About 4 or 5 thick slices)
1/2 Cup Crushed Frito® Chips (bread crumb consistency)
1 Tbsp. Bacon Drippings

¼ cup Ketchup (Optional)
¼ Cup Mustard (Optional)
1 Thinly Sliced Vidalia Onion (Optional)
1 Thinly Sliced Tomato (Optional)
12 Pickles Slices (Optional)
Instructions
Fry bacon until crisp enough to crumble. Drain , retaining the 2 tsp. of drippings.
Chop the bacon into very small pieces like bacon bits.
Flatten turkey until it is about ¼ inch thick.
Spread roasted garlic, salt, pepper, Frito® chip crumbs, and bacon on the meat then fold the meat over. The colder your meat, the easier it will be to work with. I suggest freezing the meat for about 20-30 minutes to slightly harden it.
After you fold the meat in half. Flatten out to ¼ inch again.
Then slice into 4 equal patties.
Place a cast iron skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the bacon drippings and wait for the oil to heat up.
Cook your burgers on each side for about 3 ½ minutes or until well done.
Add cheese last 30 second of cooking if desired.
Serve on an onion roll with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion.
