All RDA properties are expertly maintained. However in the event of an unforeseen emergency, an RDA agent will be available to correct the problem within 24 hours. If a major problem occurs that requires immediate attention, an RDA Agent will see to it the problem is corrected.

River District Apartments is proud to offers all it’s tenant’s full service “Red Carpet” grounds keeping at no additional charge. We will mow the grass, trim hedges, and even shovel the snow when necessary.

River District Apartments has an open waterbed policy. With some stipulations that must be strictly adhered to.
The water bed must be in a proper frame that can support the bed weight.
The bed must never be overfilled.
The bed must be inspected regularly to ensure proper pressure and that there are no slow leaks.
The bed must never be used in a manner that can damage the mattress.
Any damage to River District Apartments property will be the tenants sole responsibility

River District Apartments loves animals, our owner and founder Mark has 2 dogs himself. We try to keep an open policy in regards to pets. We do ask for a non-refundable pet deposit of $150.00 per animal however.

We at River District Apartments believe very strongly in an open and honest relationship with our tenants. It is important to us for you to know exactly where you rent dollars go. This is why we do not include any utilities in our rent prices. Utilities are billed separately each month. The average Water & waste bill is $15 per month each. The average sewer bill is $40 every three months.

On site parking is available at every RDA location. Some apartments even have a garage

While we did in the past of WiFi access, it is no longer something we offer to our tenants. However AT&T and Comcast are willing to provide high speed internet access for a small monthly fee. Deals may be available for those that subscribe to multiple services such as Cable TV, Internet, & Phone.

River District Apartments is centrally located in downtown Rockford. Most of our locations are within walking distance of the Rockford River District, which includes, dining, entertainments, museums and parks. Some of our most outlying properties are still within 2-5 minutes of the River District.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer furnished apartments. However we have many local business connections and can point you in the right directions for buying your own furniture.

Yes, RMTD buses have routes located near all of our locations.

If you decide to rent from RDA, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent will be required to reserve your apartment. Also a non refundable fee of $150.00 will be required for every animal that will be living with you. If a credit report is necessary, we will require an additional non refundable $45.
