A Ministry of Restoration is a church in Rockford Illinois, about 2 hours northwest of Chicago. We have a strong anointing of the Holy Spirit here and as you see throughout this site, our mission is to restore Christ’s children back to His side.

Apostle Elmer D. Martin is a man of great Integrity and respect for all of Jesus Christ’s children. He is the first to tell you he loves you. That simple statement describes A Ministry of Restoration perfectly. As Jesus directed, we love you!
